Elegant temple clock in white marble with gilded bronze trim. The clock stands out for its rectangular base, enriched by two columns and a temple-shaped termination. The finish is embellished with gilded bronze details of classical inspiration, such as caryatids on the sides, a pendulum with an invincible sun, stars, and geometric, floral and festoon motifs, which add further refinement to the object. The mechanism includes a weekly chime that indicates the hours and half hours, an anchor escapement and a wire suspension. On the dial, the hours are marked in Roman numerals and the clockmaker's signature is present: "Thomas Keller", together with the place of production "au Puy", referring to the French city of Le Puy-en-Velay. It is a clock of great taste and antiquity, capable of furnishing any environment with class and refinement. French manufacture of the neoclassical-Louis XVI period, around the end of the 18th century.
