Elegant solid walnut small table with walnut burl veneer, characterized by a round top supported by a hexagonal central stem, which ends with three feet with a united base adorned with fascinating decorative curls. This piece has an intriguing peculiarity: a secret in the lower top. By pulling an iron tab, in fact, an oval compartment opens, equipped with small dividers, ideal for storing and hiding small objects. Characterized by excellent workmanship, the table stands out for its elegance and refinement, capable of embellishing any environment with taste and charm. It is also hypothesized that its manufacture may have been carried out following a design by the architect Fantastici. Tuscan manufacture from the Carlo X period, early 19th century (circa 1820).
