This small Renaissance hand warmer brazier in wrought iron is a handcrafted object of great value, made by hand with care and precision. The origin of this object is attributed to Tuscan-Umbrian manufacture of the late 15th century, renowned for its artisan tradition. This brazier was used to warm hands on harsh winter days. The brazier is characterized by finely crafted geometric decorations on the entire surface, typical of the Renaissance style. The wrought iron arch that serves as a handle is probably a more recent replacement, dating back to around the 17th century. Small restorations have been carried out. Measurements: H x DM 11.5 x 19cm
