Beautiful walnut burl clock, enriched with maple inlays and an ebonized wood base. The clock's decoration features gilded bronze friezes, inspired by classical elements such as the head of Medusa and the harp, along with refined plant decorations that enhance its design. This specimen features four movements and a spring chime, capable of signaling the quarters, half-hours, and hours, as well as an alarm function. The dial features Arabic numerals. It is a piece of great elegance and class, capable of enriching any environment with refined taste. Originating from the Viennese manufacture, as indicated by the signature "Peter Rau in Wien", the clock dates back to the Empire period, around the first decades of the 19th century (approximately 1820).
