Beautiful Renaissance walnut chest of drawers with contained dimensions, characterized by carvings and decorations in panels both on the drawers and on the sides. This piece of furniture is embellished with carved and gilded finishes, typical of high-period furniture, such as the caryatids on the sides and the vegetal braids on the drawers on the front. With its four large drawers, this small chest of drawers was originally intended for the sacristy and comes from the private chapel of Villa L'Eremo located near Florence. Its beautiful proportions and measurements make it easily placed in any environment, adding a touch of taste and elegance. Manufacture attributable to the typical Tuscan/Sienese cabinetmaking of the late 16th century. Measurements: H x W x D 100 x 80 x 75cm
