Period: Second half of the 19th century
Price:
€ 2.000
This delightful side table is a masterpiece of elegance and refinement. Made with a column shaft in fine white Carrara marble, enriched with partially gilded bronze details, it embodies the neoclassical style. The scagliola top is a true treasure of finely crafted details. The classical decorations, inspired by Greek vases with black paint and red figures, depict two central red figures, probably the two Gods brother and sister Artemis and Apollo. The frame of the top also features elegant phytomorphic volutes that add further charm and sophistication to the overall design. This small table made by Italian manufacture at the end of the 19th century, will add a touch of antiquity and class to any environment.
