Elegant, slightly curved half-moon console table, made of hand-carved wood, gilded with gold leaf and painted. The console table has a geometric base and a column-shaped stem, painted sage green and embellished with gilded details. To further decorate the lower part, there are two winged and gilded female protomes, nude, emerging from vegetal curls at the base, conferring elegance, refinement and a touch of antique taste. The top, also made of wood, is decorated with faux marble inlays with floral motifs, which further enrich the furniture. This is an elegant palace console table, able to furnish any environment with taste and refinement. Genoese manufacture (Genoa, Italy) of the Empire period, around the early 19th century.
