PAIR OF NEOCLASSICAL TERRACOTTA VASES LATE 18TH CENTURY
Period: Second half of the 18th century
Price: € 2.600
Measures H x L x P
Pair of terracotta vases, made with a stick. The vases have a square base, a globular body decorated with raw engravings. The handles, of great originality and characteristic, are adorned with leaves at the base and end at the top with winged griffins with a protruding breast. Between the two griffins there is a pine cone cap, purely decorative, since the inside of the vase has been closed. The patina of the vases is for outdoor use, but they can also be placed in indoor environments, enriching any space with a touch of history and antiquity. Tuscan manufacture of the neoclassical period, around the end of the 18th century. Measurements: H x DM 72 x 41cm
